How hiring works at Lyric

The hiring process is your first experience of THRIVE in action. Each step is designed to give you a clear picture of the role and let us get to know you. Here's what to expect.

  • Congratulations on applying! Now it’s our turn. At Lyric, we carefully review every application to ensure its complete and aligns with the role’s requirements. We value thoroughness and take the time to consider each candidate thoughtfully.

  • Next, our recruiters will reach out to schedule a phone screening. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to ask questions about Lyric and the role. We'll discuss your experience, skills, and how they align with the position. Candidates must have a working phone to participate.

  • In the next step, you'll have an interview with the hiring manager. This is your chance to dive deeper into the role and how your experience fits. The hiring manager will discuss your qualifications, team dynamics, and what success looks like in the position.

  • Next, you'll meet with members of the team you'll be working with. These interviews give you a chance to learn more about the team's dynamics and day-to-day work. It's also an opportunity to showcase how your skills and personality fit with the group.

  • Once all interviews are complete, the hiring manager will carefully review the feedback from each step of the process. They will assess how well your skills, experience, and fit align with the role and team. If selected, you'll hear from us with the next steps and an official offer.
