Halsey Wise joined Lyric as Chief Executive Officer after serving on the company's board since 2022. During that time, he played an active role in shaping strategy.

He brings nearly 30 years of leadership, management, innovation, HealthTech, Software and financial experience in addition to valuable experience having led several successful business transformation, growth and value creation initiatives in numerous public and private companies. He is a strategic thinker, proven value creator, disciplined allocator of people, time and capital, and a builder of high performing leadership and management teams. 

His focus is on scaling the Lyric Platform, strengthening customer and partner relationships, accelerating investments in innovation and AI, propelling growth both organically and through strategic M&A and communicating Lyric’s differentiation as one of the most innovative, impactful and important companies in healthcare.

Halsey is Chairman and CEO of Lime Barrel Advisors, LLC, a private investment firm he founded in 2010. He currently serves on the boards of Nextech Systems (as Chairman), Lyric, and WellSky. He is also a Senior Advisor to TPG Capital. Previously, he served as Chairman, CEO, and President of Intergraph (NASDAQ:INGR) and as Chairman and CEO of MedAssets (NASDAQ:MDAS). He has also served on the boards of Cotiviti (NYSE:COTV), Cerner (NASDAQ:CERN; now Oracle Health), Aspen Technology (NASDAQ:AZPN), and Acxiom (NYSE:ACXM).

He holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Wise and his wife, Lisha, run the R. Halsey and Lisha S. Wise Family Foundation, which supports scholarships, food security initiatives, and healthcare causes in Florida and Virginia.
