President & Chief Operating Officer

Formerly serving as the company’s chief executive officer, Carolyn led the company through its separation from Change Healthcare on the path to becoming an independent entity. With an unrelenting focus on customer’s needs, Carolyn’s oversight enabled ClaimsXten Portfolio to build strong relationships based on integrity and transparency that, now as Lyric, she continues to oversee and cultivate.

Chief Financial Officer

Ravi Umarji is Lyric’s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Ravi is an integral member of Lyric’s Executive Leadership Team, focused on driving topline growth, profitability, and strategic prioritization across the organization.

Chief Product and Technology Officer

Gene is responsible for the development of Lyric’s overall technology and product strategy as well as ensuring technologies are scaled and used efficiently and securely.

Before joining Lyric, Gene was CTO at Rally Health/Optum, where he led engineers responsible for designing, building, scaling, supporting, and securing digital products. Gene co-founded and held the role of CIO/COO at BayRu LLC, where he led the engineering the operations team to build out the range of custom-built sales, supply chain, and other integrated systems.

Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development

Brian leverages his deep, proven healthcare domain expertise and dynamic problem-solving skills to catalyze growth for the organization. He leads organic and inorganic strategy development and execution, while working closely with other leaders across Lyric to help them achieve their strategic priorities.

Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel

Jan has extensive experience advising complex healthcare technology companies. Before Lyric, Jan was vice president and managing senior counsel for Change Healthcare where she and her team of attorneys and compliance professionals supported the Software and Analytics Business Unit. Jan started her career at Morrison and Foerster and also held senior roles in the healthcare technology businesses at Thomson (now Thomson Reuters) and McKesson.

Chief Corporate Affairs Executive

Neeha Curtis leads corporate communications, investor relations, media strategy, marketing, and executive thought leadership. She builds corporate affairs as a revenue-generating function that drives business growth positioning communications and marketing as a strategic asset.

Dr. Meera Atkins is a nationally recognized healthcare executive with over two decades of experience leading innovation, clinical strategy, and organizational transformation across the healthcare landscape. She brings a distinctive blend of clinical expertise, business leadership, and a deep understanding of how to scale emerging technologies to improve care delivery and outcomes.

Vice President of Human Resources

Ronika Jandial-Gilbert is a seasoned human resources leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding people strategy across global organizations. She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Lyric, where she oversees enterprise-wide strategy, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation in support of Lyric’s AI-driven solutions for the healthcare and fintech sectors.
