As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Kevin Heineman leads Lyric’s Cybersecurity and Corporate IT functions. He brings more than 25 years of experience managing cybersecurity, software engineering, and infrastructure organizations across companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Prior to joining Lyric, Kevin served as CISO at Benefitfocus, which was later acquired by Voya Financial. In that role, he was responsible for cybersecurity, privacy, site reliability engineering, and IT infrastructure.

Earlier in his career, Kevin held senior cybersecurity and IT leadership positions at Hewlett Packard, Global Payments, EY, Damballa, and SPI Dynamics.
