Roger Pricer
Chief Growth Officer
Roger Pricer is Lyric’s Chief Growth Officer, where he leads the company’s go-to-market, client management, product management, and clinical client engagement functions. He is deeply focused on translating Lyric’s AI-enabled platform and clinical expertise into sustained growth and measurable, real-world value for health plan customers.
Roger partners closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure Lyric’s solutions are aligned to customer needs, payment integrity priorities, and market expansion opportunities. He also has direct responsibility for Lyric’s Chief Medical Officer and Chief Product Strategy functions, reinforcing the integration of clinical rigor, product strategy, and commercial execution in service of improved client outcomes.
Prior to joining Lyric, Roger held senior leadership roles at Signify Health, Cotiviti, Optum, and Burgess Group, where he helped scale healthcare technology and payment integrity businesses through periods of rapid growth, new product introductions, and market expansion. His experience spans private-equity-backed and public company environments, including multiple IPOs and private exits, most recently Signify Health’s acquisition by CVS Health.
Roger is known for a strong customer orientation and a passion for ensuring that advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions deliver practical, durable impact—helping health plans improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency across the healthcare payment lifecycle.

Gene co-founded and held the role of CIO/COO at BayRu LLC, where he led the engineering the operations team to build out the range of custom-built sales, supply chain, and other integrated systems.
