Ronika Jandial-Gilbert, Vice President Human Resources
Ronika Jandial-Gilbert is a seasoned human resources leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding people strategy across global organizations. She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Lyric, where she oversees enterprise-wide strategy, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation in support of Lyric’s AI-driven solutions for the healthcare and fintech sectors.
Ronika has extensive experience in complex environments, including private equity, public corporations, and multinational organizations. Her background includes leading HR functions through large-scale acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations. Recently, she played a key leadership role in the HR activities associated with the 2022 ClaimsXten Portfolio divestiture and led HR acquisition work for the 2025 Claim Shark acquisition. Her areas of expertise include organizational design, global talent management, workforce planning, HR operations, and change management.
Prior to joining Lyric, Ronika held senior HR leadership roles at Sony Electronics, Wilton Brands, LG Electronics, ITW, Abbott Laboratories, and Mobil Oil Corporation, supporting teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She is recognized for her ability to align people strategy with business priorities, build high-performing HR teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
Ronika also serves on the Board of Directors for the American India Foundation in Chicago, supporting initiatives focused on education, health, and economic mobility for the India community.
