Ravi Umarji

Ravi Umarji is Lyric’s President and Chief Financial Officer.  As President and CFO, Ravi leads finance, enterprise strategy, and corporate development, with a focus on driving topline growth, profitability, and strategic prioritization across the organization.

Prior to joining Lyric, Ravi spent over a decade with TPG Capital, where he co-led the launch of TPG’s European healthcare investment franchise and oversaw more than $2 billion in equity capital deployed across the U.S. and Europe. He also helped lead TPG’s investments in several companies, and either served on the Board of or was involved in the firm’s investments in: DOC Generici, Kelsey Seybold Clinic, Kindred at Home, Kindred Healthcare, Curo Health Services, and The Warranty Group. These investments were characterized by a commitment to driving outstanding clinical outcomes with lower total cost, underpinned by enduring partnerships.

Before joining TPG in 2012, Ravi worked in the Investment Banking division at Goldman Sachs. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Northwestern University, graduating magna cum laude and with Tau Beta Pi engineering honors. Ravi also holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
